Do I have to be home when you clean?

It's up to you to decide. Usually, we start cleaning at 8 AM, when customers are away for work. Before you leave for work, you must give us a garage code or leave a key.

Do you bring the cleaning supplies and equipment?

Of course! We provide all equipment and supplies. Our cleaning ladies have all necessary supplies. But if you want us to use your supplies, that's not a problem at al.

How do I pay you?

You can pay by check, cash, or credit card. If you won't be at home during the service, you can leave check or cash on the counter or any other place preferable for you.

How about references?

We will happily give you references from our clients

Do we provide one-time cleaning service?

Yes, of course. We provide a one-time service. We provide a deep and basic one-time cleaning.

Will you send the same cleaning crew each time?

If you request us to assign the same cleaning lady to your appointment, we will do our best to put her on a regular schedule with you, but in the event that she is ill, on vacation, or is simply unavailable, we will provide you another qualified cleaning lady

Does Master Star Cleaning guarantee a quality service?

Yes, we guarantee 100% professional cleaning. If you find the cleaning unsatisfactory, you need to contact us within the next 24 hours, and in the next 72 hours, we will provide you with a free cleaning. We will send cleaning lady to re-do the areas you are unsatisfied with.

Is a long-term contract required for service?

No, it's not. You can order a one-time or recurring service with a frequency that fits your needs in the best way.

What should I expect on my first appointment?

The cleaning lady will arrive to your house with all the needed cleaning supplies and equipment. First, she will explore area that must be cleaned and confer with you as to which areas need to be cleaned. If you are unable to be present for this, there is no need to worry-your presence is not required.

What should I do before you arrive?

To guarantee the maximum efficiency, we encourage you to clear away toys and/or clothing.

What time does your team arrive?

We have a 1-hour arrival window to account for unpredictable situations like traffic or car troubles.
